So why should we be positive?

Gas prices are going up, real estate is going down. I have more anxiety that ever, why should I be positive?

There is always something to be positive about even though your world around you causes you stress. The real estate market will get better...it always does. Now in the down time look at your real estate career and fine tune your skills. Work on your website and your internet presence; call all your former clients and Book of Business to chat keeping them aware that you’re still there. Listen to Floyd's positive messages again, take a real estate class or seminar, go to Jason Edwards blog site there’s a lot of positivity there (http://jasonedwards.typepad.com/). Do whatever it takes to keep your head above water. And when the market comes back you will be there to reap the benefits and pick up what those that have dropped out won't because you persevered and became stronger in the down time. Someone once said be positive about the down times, because all those mediocre agents will drop out, leaving more for you when the market does come back!
